Pricing is mainly determined job to job. Determining the price of your job takes into account many different things. We do have services that are flat fees and will be more than happy to break everything down for you below. We do encourage you to call us at 865-387-5004 for more info as this is not a complete list, but a general idea.
- Emergency computer repair - price based on job*
Basically this means you need someone in your house A.S.A.P to fix your computer or get you back online.
Depending on the issue and what needs to be done to fix it, the price will reflect a trip charge*, hardware
(if needed), software (if needed), and possibly a labor charge (again depending on what needs to be done). - Computer lessons for all ages - $30 an hour
We will sit down and tech you the basics of using your computer so you feel comfortable and confident.
We will walk you through some of the programs you will use an a daily basis, such as Internet Explorer
and we will help you set up your email from your ISP and show you how to use it. - Web design lessons - $30 an hour
We will sit down and teach you the basics of web design. We will set you up with a web hosting company
that is right for you and will fit your budget. We will show you how to do simple layouts and teach you
how to do basic design code in a number of different programs. You will decide which program you wanna
use depending on how confident you feel with your skills. - Web design - price based on job
First, we will sit down with you and discuss what kind of site you are looking to create. We will
determine layout, images, content, and any extras you would like included such as forums or chat rooms.
Then we will determine which hosting company to go with if you do not have one already. From there, we do
all the work. You will be responsible for the hosting company fees. That way you own the site, not us.
We do offer site maintaining for an extra charge which can be determined by how much maintaining you
need. - New computer setup - $50
We will come in and setup any new computer in any room of your house. We will also make sure it is connected
to the internet if you have internet service. We will also install all microsoft updates if an internet
connection is available. We will also create a restore cd for any future installations or repairs. - Operating System installation - In Home $150 / In Our Office $75
We will format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system that came with your computer. If you do not
have the operating system disks or the partition on your computer for reinstallation, we will be happy to
go purchase a copy for you at your expense. During reinstallation we will partition the hard for maximum
performance and security of files. After installation we will remove non essential bundled software and
install all updates and security. If done in your home then an internet connection will be required
to install updates. Lastly we will update all drivers and make sure the computer is running smoothly.
For service in our office please allow for a 48 hour turn around time. - Home network installation - price based on job
We will come out to your home and asses your home networking needs. We will recommend products and explain
the procedure. We will set up as many computers as you wat to your home network with either a wired or
wireless technology. If wireless is needed we will install security and encrypt your connection. We will
also show you how to maintain the security and make sure all computers run smoothly.
* A $20 trip charge will be required upon completion of repairs plus any hardware or software needed to make repairs.
